TO ALL MEMBERS:
On Monday February 10, 2020 at 8:00 p.m., at the Boca Raton Community Center, 150 Crawford Blvd., Boca Raton, Florida 33432, a Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing directors and such other business as may lawfully be conducted. Subsequent to your “FIRST NOTICE” you will receive a “SECOND NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING” which Notice will specify the agenda and notification of other information concerning the Election Meeting.
The purpose of this Notice is to advise you of the date, time and place of the Annual Meeting and to inform you of the process for qualifying for the Board. There are five (5) seats available on the Board of Directors.
QUALIFYING FOR THE BOARD
On or before January 2, 2020, you must give written notice, either by mail or in person, to the Association of your desire to run for the Board, addressed to the Association: Golden Arrow Condominium Association, c/o Spectrym, Inc., P.O. Box 970337 Coconut Creek, FL 33097. Please contact Spectrym if you have not received your form on intent notice.
You may also submit an Information Sheet, no larger than 8 1/2 inches by 11 inches, containing your qualifications and/or platform for office. This information sheet must be submitted to the Association at the above address on or before January 2, 2020. The Information Sheets and ballots will be mailed to voting members with the Second Notice of Meeting.
